Fitness is the difference between living a life of quality, and simply existing.  Yes, science shows that it’s more about what you eat, than how hard you workout if you want to lose weight.  But fitness is about looking better, pushing yourself harder, and achieving things that you never even dreamed were possible.  That’s what I’m here to blog about, and what I want to help you accomplish.
